Receive a test body and acknowledge it

Public test receiver. Discards the supplied body and returns plain text ok. No authentication or business effects. Maximum 256 KiB; larger requests return 413. 300 requests per minute per source address; 429 includes Retry-After. This endpoint does not verify webhook signatures and is not a substitute for testing your own receiver.
